GENERAL CONTRACTING

AFC is a one-stop general contractor who can oversee and simplify the entire project process from authority approvals to final snagging. Thanks to our well-experienced in-house technical project management team, along with our trusted vendors we can deliver projects without driving up the costs and project timeline.

We ensure to oversee all of the day-to-day coordination of the construction project, manage the client requirements and communication and manage the on-site work and teams throughout each phase of the project.

We actively engage with designers, architects, and engineers to ensure the project is executed as per the approved design and AFC technical project managers serve an important role in guiding the client through the many decisions that are needed throughout the project.

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT

At AFC we specialize in CPM. Whether this is in delivering our own project or being hired directly by the client as a CPM consultant. To summarize the CPM services, it is being responsible for keeping all aspects of the project on-track and within budget. We use the latest software's and templates to deliver the projects four primary deliverables - schedule, reporting, budget, and quality assurance.

There is a tendency for some of our clients to engage in our CPM services after the project has already derailed, but we highly recommend to our clients to engage in our CPM services early on as prevention is far better and more cost effective than a cure. Engaging with us at the Pre-Construction / Design stage as this allows us to be proactive in resolving issues rather than reactive.

Efforts spent on a CPM during the pre-construction phase ends up saving our clients a lot more down the line. Services we provide include Scope Definition, Preparation of Tender Documents, Contractor/Vendor reviews and technical shop drawing reviews/approvals.

CUSTOM JOINERY

AFC prides itself in the speciality craft work of custom joinery. Whether this is doors, cabinets, storage units, counters, desks, or furniture our talented joinery project managers work with the client to detail the unit providing both aesthetic and technical advice.

Custom joinery is usually the focal point in the project delivery process and usually ends up driving the programme. At AFC we understand project dependency and have tried and tested processes to ensure the highest quality and earliest delivery.

From developing technical shop drawings, material selection through to final installation all of our custom joinery is monitored and controlled by our specialist joinery project managers who take meticulous efforts in controlling the quality and timely delivery.

SPECIAL GYPSUM SERVICES

AFC is proud to provide V-Cut Gypsum works. Using our imported speciality tools, we can fulfil your design needs without the need for costly moulded parts or on-site production. By making our profiles offsite we achieve a much faster and more efficient installation.

Our machines and special tools maintain high accuracy and can achieve the precise tolerances needed to create products that fit your exact needs. With additional factory techniques such as screwing, glueing and laminating, we will deliver an installation ready product of flawless strength and quality.
